The Secretary General of the United Nations has stated that it is essential for Russian commodities to access global markets to lower commodity costs. Antonio Gutiérrez told the media in Istanbul that the ongoing delivery of Russian commodities and fertilizers, as well as Ukrainian goods, is essential. He stated that discussions are underway with the United States and the European Union to eliminate hurdles to the shipment of Russian goods.
